Transit Loss or Damage
Goods lost or damaged in transit will be replaced at no extra cost to you. Replacement of damaged goods will happen after the same has been returned within 10 days of delivery. You will not have to bear any extra cost for the return.
Other Returns
Any other merchandise that is in new condition including original packaging and accessories, can be returned within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs). Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from the next2wild.in portal
Refund Amounts
Refunds are provided by simply reversing the charge on your credit card or bank account using which the transaction was made. Refunds may also be claimed for cancelling unshipped items.
How to Return?
When you return your item, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note (if you feel like it!), put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us.
